IRAN: THE FOG THICKENS

Three weeks in, and the war in the Middle East, has entered a strange new phase in which nobody can be entirely sure what is real. Tom Luongo and Xoaquin Flores, appearing together for the first time on my channel, laid out a picture in which fifth generation information warfare has made it nearly impossible to verify basic facts. Netanyahu has produced at least four separate proof-of-life clips, each with the sort of discrepancies that AI throws . “There’s been three fake ones. Don’t be an idiot,” Flores said. Luongo went further: “Netanyahu being dead solves a lot of problems for Trump. It solves a lot of problems for a lot of people.”
Both agreed that the core dynamic remains the issue of shipping insurance. When Lloyds of London raised premiums from 0.25% to 3–4% of cargo value, it effectively closed the Strait of Hormuz. Trump responded within 48 hours by arranging for Chubb, a US-Swiss insurer with $20 billion in capacity, to underwrite shipping, with the US Development Finance Corporation as the reinsurer. Luongo revealed that Lloyds has only about $3 billion in working capital. “As far as I’m concerned, Lloyds of London is nothing more than an extension of MI6. They’re right across the Thames from one another.”

Retired General Blaine Holt appeared twice this week. He dismissed the notion that Trump is deliberately allowing Iran to pummel Israel, arguing that the political risks within the US government would be too large. Instead he described what he saw as a NATO trap: when Trump asked allies to help secure the Straits, Kaja Kallas replied that it was America’s war. “That’s what we call a loyalty check. And they stepped into the trap.” The consequence, Holt argued, is that American public opinion will now support withdrawal from NATO without Trump having to initiate it. “NATO is going to get rid of us. On the day the American flag gets taken down in Brussels, there’ll be a big smile on my face.”

Joe Kent, the head of the National Counter Terrorism Centre and a decorated Green Beret who lost his wife in Syria, resigned in protest at the intelligence used to justify the war. Holt defended him forcefully, comparing Kent’s position to Colin Powell’s fabricated case for WMDs in Iraq. “Just because somebody says ‘the CIA assesses with a high degree of confidence,’ you are not forgiven the weight of that decision.” He said the resignation may force Trump to examine whether his information is being filtered by those around him, naming Susie Wiles as the gatekeeper controlling presidential access.

RUSSIA: THE VIEW FROM MOSCOW

first time guest, Tim Kirby, an American journalist living in Russia for over 20 years, offered a perspective rarely heard in western media. Within Russia, the Iran war is understood as a new front in the same conflict that the Russians are already fighting against the West. Within 48 hours of the attack on Iran, every Gulf state leader telephoned Putin. Kirby noted that the war has further depleted NATO’s weapon stocks, with Ukrainian President Zelensky reportedly undertaking what the Daily Telegraph called a “farewell tour to beg for missiles.” Russia’s economy has meanwhile absorbed the shock of sanctions far better than the West anticipated. Over a trillion roubles in assets have been seized from 28 individuals since the start of the special military operation, Kirby said. Western brands that exited have simply been replaced by Russian companies. Hyundai Solaris is now just Solaris, manufactured domestically. “The West really thought Russians couldn’t live without Pepsi.” Instead, as Kirby explains, Russia is doing very well.

THE EPSTEIN-IRAN CONNECTION

Johnny Vedmore, investigative journalist, presented research connecting Jeffrey Epstein, and the CIA with the IRGC during the Iran-Contra scandal of the early 1980s. The key figure was J. Stanley Pottinger, a former head of the Justice Department’s civil rights division. He covered up Watergate, Kent State shootings and the assassination of Martin Luther King before he later went on to organise secret meetings in Barcelona and Madrid that created the arms-for-hostages deal between the US and the new Islamic Republic of Iran. Pottinger shared an office with Epstein in New York during this period. While Bill Clinton oversaw the US/Contra side from Mena, Arkansas. Epstein handled Iran, with Israel acting as transit point. Decades later, Pottinger became the lawyer for Epstein’s victims, including Virginia Giuffre, without disclosing his history. When Vedmore confronted Rudy Giuliani about why he chose not to indict Pottinger in 1984, Giuliani claimed he could not remember.

THE TRIAL OF BILL GATES

Vedmore also reported from Amsterdam, where a Dutch court was hearing a civil case against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, and former Dutch PM Mark Rutte. Under Dutch law, individuals rather than corporations can be sued. Five expert witnesses, including former Pfizer chief scientist Mike Yeadon, Sasha Latypova, and Catherine Austin Fitts, have been blocked from testifying. This court hearing was an appeal against the testimony of these important witnesses being blocked. A decision is expected in April, with the main case resuming in October. Vedmore noted that the defence sent only four solicitors who said one sentence throughout the entire proceedings: “The vaccines are safe and effective.”

THE GREATER ISRAEL PROJECT

Matt Ehret traced the origins of the Greater Israel concept from the 1995 assassination of Yitzhak Rabin through the Clean Break doctrine authored by Wolfowitz and Perle for Netanyahu in 1996, which called for regime change in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Iran. He connected this to millennialist eschatology rooted in Rabbi Abraham Isaac Cook’s 1935 work, the Orot, which argues that global conflagration and the downfall of Western civilisation are necessary to usher in the return of the Messiah. Ehret also examined the false flag as a tool of statecraft, tracing a line from Nero through the Reichstag fire, the Gulf of Tonkin, and 9/11 to the present warnings about Iranian sleeper cells. “There’s been no proven case of organically emergent terrorism that has not been organised by these intelligence agencies.”

RESTORING BRITAIN

EM Burlingame and former MP Andrew Bridgen discussed the constitutional crisis in Britain. Restore Britain, the party founded by Rupert Lowe, has gained over 115,000 members in four weeks, making it larger than the Conservative Party. Bridgen described systemic institutional corruption: “Not all the apples are rotten, but all the apples at the top of all the barrels are rotten.” Burlingame argued that parliament has never been sovereign in the English constitutional tradition. The crown exists as the people’s instrument to check parliamentary overreach, but it has been neutralised by its own security services, which collect compromising material on royals and politicians daily through what Bridgen called “the secret greens.” These are handwritten notes taken by the Royals’ security guards that list events that can later be used as compromat to keep any dissident monarchs in check. Burlingame’s prescription: the English-speaking peoples must march peacefully on the Crown, hold it accountable, promise to protect it and demand that it restore the constitutional balance of power.

SEEING THROUGH THE FOG
This was the week where I think many of us, myself included, had to confront just how confusing the media space is, riddled as it is with propaganda, AI-generated footage, contradictory intelligence assessments, as well as spin and counter-spin.
General Holt said something this week that stuck with me: “We are living in a world war steeped in fifth generation warfare where it’s very hard to walk around because there are no flashlights.”
