Three pillars cracked in one week
A state visit, a stablecoin, and a CIA reckoning all in five days. The empire is being squeezed in real time.
Edition 7, 5 May 2026
Three pillars of the imperial financial system took public hits in the same week. King Charles was addressed by the United States as if Britain was under occupation. Lloyd's of London lost its 300-year insurance monopoly on the Strait of Hormuz. The US Congress put MK Ultra on the public hearings calendar. The state visit was the cover story.
Two kings in Washington
The state visit looked like protocol. Joaquin Flores, the geopolitical analyst at New Resistance, read it as theatre masking the duress. American servicemen dressed as the Continental Army received Charles at the formal White House reception. The Union Jack was flown upside down, a distress signal in military etiquette. The Daily Mail filed it as a gaffe. Flores dismissed the gaffe reading immediately. EM Burlingame, a former US military officer, decoded the rest. Pair that with the Continental Army uniforms and the message is a duress signal received and acknowledged. The City of London is holding the King hostage.
The City of London is the headquarters for Rome. It is the headquarters in the English-speaking peoples for Rome.
EM Burlingame
Trump backed the symbolism with words. At the Windsor dinner, earlier in the year, he called Charles a good king and named Prince William as "a good king after". For this visit, the White House circulated a photograph of President Trump and King Charles captioned "Two Kings". Was this a troll or a symbol of a new world order, one in which the US is not captured by the City of London.
Susan Kokinda of Promethean Action considered the King's visit through the filter of a recent House of Lords report and the Chatham House panel that released it. The Lords report admits, on the record, that the post-war game cannot be reversed. Their question now is how to reset, how to return, how to restore, the old order.
Lt Colonel Steven Murray, on his Rumble and X show, took a harder line. He read the visit as Charles asking America to fight a war with Russia for him, and called Congress a "bunch of trained monkeys" for applauding it. Steven's prediction id that the British and European war planners want a kinetic event by 2030.
Mark Attwood of TheMarkAtwoodShow.com said that the figure on tour is not the original Charles, but a fake, a clone, a body double. Atwood, Burlingame, Flores, Murray and Kokinda all pointed to different elements of the same performance.
Hormuz: Lloyd's loses 300 years
The blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is a powerful negotiating tactic, one that has cost the City of London dear as it has lost out on a 300-year insurance monopoly.
Flores explained that the deal had been made earlier in the year. Iran and the United States agreed terms no later than the last week of February, through an Oman-based intermediary who had previously worked for the Clinton administration. Iran is now charging ships tolls priced in Tether, the dollar-pegged stablecoin backed by US Treasury bonds and gold. It is collecting a transit fee of one dollar per barrel for Hormuz traffic. That fee strengthens the US dollar due UST bills backing USDT.
Lloyd's intelligence on every cargo through Hormuz gave the City of London an edge on trading commodities. That intelligence is gone now that the US has taken the shipping insurance away from the City of London.
Kokinda anchored the same picture in physical reality. Iran is days away from filling its storage capacity. Pumping then has to stop and older wells are lost. That is physics, not diplomacy.
We have all the time in the world, you don't.
Susan Kokinda, paraphrasing the Trump team's posture
Over to the west, in Israel, Netanyahu's corruption trial was due to start, then was postponed ninety minutes before opening. Larry Ellison is the prosecution's lined-up star witness, and the trial cannot proceed without him.
The Anglo-American house gets cleaned.
The financial empire's revenue streams in the United States are being cut.
Brian Cates of Rumble and X traced the dark money flows through the shadow banking system. The US government, in his framing, is an organised crime front. Elon Musk's DOGE team could not find a single denied spending request going back to the year 2000. Cates put the off-book extraction at $300 to $700 billion a year. The Supreme Court ruled the day Cates recorded that racial-criteria redistricting is out, which removes a tool the Democratic Party was relying on for the November mid-terms.
The intelligence pillar is being put on the calendar at the same time. Colonel Roxanne Towner-Watkins, on her Rumble and X show, reported that the US Congress has announced public hearings into MK Ultra. According to her, Allen Dulles sent his own son to the Canadian electroshock programme after a Korean War head injury and authorised a CIA lobotomy on a niece. Congressman Leo Ryan was assassinated in 1978 while investigating Jim Jones, a CIA asset. Roxanne's verdict: foreign intelligence work belongs under the Department of War, the way the DIA and NSA already operate.
The CIA has never worked for the American government.
Roxanne Towner-Watkins
Kokinda is cautious about Trump's chances in the mid-terms. The real test will be if voters feel any improvement in their pocketbook by October. There will be no positive structural change via a midterm flip if a hamburger is still a luxury item come November.
Britain stripped, Europe absorbed
While the empire's revenues are being rerouted abroad, Britain itself has just lost its last constitutional brake.
Keir Starmer's government this week removed the remaining hereditary peers from the House of Lords. Appointed peers replace them. Burlingame and Flores walked through what was actually lost. The hereditary peers were the guardians of the English constitution. They could, and have done, voted out legislation that is to the detriment of the people, on the constitutional ground that Parliament cannot pass laws that are to the pejorative of the people. The 1688 Bill of Rights gives them that ground. The recent block on the assisted dying bill came from the House of Lords. The bill may come back next session and this time peers who vote out of conscience will be fewer in number.
Burlingame pointed out how the English nobility was wiped out in World War I, and what remained has been held under financialist pressure for over a century. The hereditary chamber was the last working remnant of an aristocracy that was supposed to fight for the people on behalf of the English civilisation. Stripping it out is the final precondition for what comes next.
Sandy Adams of sandyadams.net warned us about the globalist plan known as Agenda 2030. It began as Agenda 21 at the 1992 Earth Summit in Ri and was derived from Club of Rome reports including The Limits to Growth. The seventeen Sustainable Development Goals replaced the eight Millennium Goals in 2015 because, in Adams' account, the original was not moving fast enough.
Ivor Cummins, the Irish analyst, referenced the same pattern from a different direction. Bulgaria, he said, "was like Ireland 30 years ago", ethnically Bulgarian and culturally intact. He had just observed the Bulgarian elections, where a recognisable figure dropped the presidency to lead a new party with a clean anti-oligarchy face, absorbing the energy of the genuine anti-mafia movement. Cummins's prediction: Bulgaria gets the migration pressure once the EU machine has time to set up.
The technocratic backstop
The financial empire's backstop is the surveillance state, and it is being installed in parallel.
Johnny Vedmore, the journalist behind newspaste.com, talked us through the rollout. He cited a £900 million UK government contract for Palantir which covered critical national infrastructure. In Germany, four states including Bavaria, Hesse and Baden-Württemberg have signed roughly €22 million five-year Palantir contracts, with Bavaria's allowing other German states to query its database. A Palantir plug-in called Carbide 911, invested in by Epstein, Thiel, Junckermann and Ehud Barak, is being lined up to run 911 and 999 emergency services. The same Harvard, Yale and Stanford network that produced Blair, Brown, Cooper, Miliband and the first WEF Young Global Leader cohort is in charge of installing this panopticon.

Seeing through the fog
The City of London has run on three pillars. An insurance monopoly through Lloyd's. A system of bond and central-bank discipline radiating out from London. An intelligence apparatus that handled inconvenient politicians and inconvenient countries. This week, all three were attacked in the open. The Crown of Britain being addressed as a partner under duress is the structural recognition that the occupation, not the institution, is the enemy.
None of this guarantees the outcome. The hereditary peers are gone, Agenda 2030 sits on the desk, and Palantir is already inside the building. The shape of the fight is visible. The result is not. We have a say. We can resist. We can protest by lawfully, peacefully, legally withholding our taxes. Go to notaxforwar.com and find out how you can use Trusts to withhold taxes.
All the best.
