Iran goes loud, the City goes broke
Apache shootdown, SAVE Act dies, Belfast burns, Pulte takes DNI, and Hamilton wins.
Edition 12, 15 June 2026
The Iran war went kinetic last week. The SAVE Act died in the Senate. Belfast burned over a Sudanese asylum seeker arrested for an attempted beheading. Bill Pulte took over as the Director of National Intelligence, replacing Tulsi Gabbard. Underneath it all is the real battle: the City of London trying to hold onto power and maintain the British System, as the United States rises as an independent power, with the American System as its economic model.
The Iran war goes loud, and stays scripted
A US Apache helicopter was shot down. Strikes followed on Kharg and Keshem. Brigadier General Blaine Holt (ret'd USAF) described the 3 factions vying for power in Iran. The ayatollahs no longer have the same power as they had before. It's civilian government that is talking to Trump, but its the IRGC (The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) that have the weaponry and the power that are the hold-outs. But that power is waning due to the US military squeeze and the financial squeeze that Scott Bessent is using to stop their money flows.
They're not Kool-Aid drinkers, they're Kool-Aid mixers. And they still have weapons, and they're really angry because they now no longer have money.
Blaine Holt
Joaquin Flores said that this was all theatre as a deal between US and Iran has already been done. Trump admitted this week that the United States has been moving Iranian oil into the market. Flores says this only makes sense if Tehran's civilian government is in on it. The original Iran setup, according to him, was a City of London channel routed through the JCPOA. Trump is cutting the cord that ties the City of London to the IRGC.
Tom Luongo argued that the downing of the helicopter gives Trump Article II authority to attack Iran, in self-defence. Congress cannot stop him from doing so. It justifies seizing Kharg Island, hitting Keshem, and exposing the IRGC as a City of London that works with France, Qatar and the UAE. The rise in oil prices that the mainstream pundits called for, never happened. Brent crude opened the week at $95 and was trading at $90 by recording. The Brent-WTI spread has collapsed from $16 to under $3, further undermining the City of London's profits. Months ago, Luongo had said oil prices would not rise. Sometimes it pays to pay attention to the outliers.
The shipping noose
The reason "two weeks" keeps turning into another two weeks is not in Tehran. It is in London. Holt argued that Lloyd's of London tried to strangle the Trump peace deal by leaning on shippers worldwide, telling them not to play ball with the United States, or it would cancel contracts outright.
If the Houthis activated near the Gulf of Aden, Lloyd's would get a clean excuse to suspend cover there too. The fight is now over insurance lines, not borders.
Pulte rolls in on Tulsi's work
Tulsi Gabbard stepped out of the DNI role. Bill Pulte stepped in. Holt and Colonel Towner-Watkins framed this as a planned phase change. Gabbard mapped the territory. Pulte is now going to build on the foundation she laid. Pulte, a close ally of the President, is now in charge of 18 intelligence agencies.
Towner-Watkins noted that George Marshall fired 150 generals in a week before the United States entered the Second World War. The next phase needed a different kind of officer. The same logic applies now.
Holt's asserted that the Trump administration is transitioning from overt military operations to overt legal operations. Pulte is the man for that phase.
Flores compared the wider picture to Sulla and Caesar. The neoconservatives spent twenty-five years centralising dictator-level powers into the presidency on the assumption that the president would always be controlled. FISA, the Patriot Act, a parallel court system. They built the throne for one of their own not knowing that one day these powers would be in the hands of a political opponent.
Colonel Towner-Watkins pointed out the truth about the CIA.
The CIA has never worked for the US government.

Referring to the recent Newark anti-ICE protests, she pointed to the Albert Einstein Institute, which she says is using the colour-revolution playbook created by the CIA. This is not a grass-roots protest, but one that this funded by proxies of the City of London through foundations tied to Rockefeller, Ford and old USAID channels.
The election war the Senate is losing on purpose
The SAVE Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections, lost in the Senate 52 to 48. Mike Steger notes that 80 per cent of Americans polled only want citizens to vote
Four Republicans voted against their party. Susan Collins, Thom Tillis, Lisa Murkowski, Mitch McConnell all voted to keep the current insecure, prone to fraud voting system in place.
Barbara Boyd spelt out California's electoral mechanics. Senate Bill 73, signed by Gavin Newsom this spring, bans poll observers from challenging mail-in signatures they believe are fraudulent. In 2018, on Eric Holder's advice, California disconnected the Department of Motor Vehicles from the registrar of voters. An AB 60 driver's licence for an illegal immigrant no longer flags when that person is mailed a ballot, thus making it easier for non-citizens to vote.
Boyd's read on the recent Los Angeles mayoral race is that the conceding candidate's mail-in surge after election night is the harvest model on display. Her prescription is the one Trump campaigned on in 2024. Make it too big to rig. Vote harvesting only works in small margins. Massive turnout breaks the model.
Britain in flames
Belfast burned for a second night this week. A Sudanese asylum seeker was arrested for the attempted beheading of a man with learning difficulties.
Andrew Bridgen, a former MP, confirmed the perpetrator entered Britain in February 2023, from Sudan via France, Paris, Dublin and a then via coach into Northern Ireland, where he immediately claimed asylum. The injured man had been helping Sudanese migrants move into his home a few days earlier.
Rupert Lowe MP and Restore Britain forced the police to release the perpetrator's identity, which they had refused to confirm.
Bridgen noted that the immigration minister in February 2023 was Robert Jenrick, now in Reform UK. The home secretary was Suella Braverman, also now in Reform. These two oversaw the continued influx of illegal immigrants. They are are now in Nigel Farage's Reform Party.
After three years of residency in Ireland, a migrant can get an Irish passport, and under the 1923 Common Travel Area an Irish passport holder has full rights to live, work and vote in the United Kingdom. Now that Ireland has signed up to the European Union Migration Pact, 1000s and 1000s more migrants can enter the UK as Irish Passport holders.
The American System breaks the cartel
Barbara Boyd spoke on how Trump is restoring the American System. This was invented by Alexander Hamilton, refined by Henry Carey under Lincoln, and operated to its fullest by William McKinley, who financed the entire federal budget through tariffs and without an income tax. The American System treats labour and invention as the engine of the economy. Credit goes to production, not speculation. Every nation is sovereign.
Meanwhile, Trump signed an executive order giving the Treasury Secretary authority to ban any illegal alien or laundering network from banking in the United States. According to Boyd, this is Bessent targeting the City of London's black economy directly.
Vivify asserted that Peter Thiel's move to Argentina as a Trojan horse, not as flight. Argentina under Milei, with Palantir embedded, is being built as a copycat City of London, but one inside the American hemisphere.
When you drain the water from the octopus, what happened? The octopus dies.

Tom Luongo described how Trump and Bessent are rewiring global dollar flows so that dollars will stop flowing through London and Hong Kong and start flowing through Houston and Galveston. This change in flow will create a global dollar liquidity crisis which will strengthen the US and further weaken the City of London. This process has already started. The SOFR futures curve has flipped from concave to convex. USDT broke peg below 99 cents because traders were selling crypto to collect USD. Gold, silver and Bitcoin all sold off as the most liquid forms of monetary collateral in the scramble for dollars.
Ace covered the same fight that's taking place over the dinner table. RFK Jr at Health and Human Services has inverted the food pyramid, eased the cap on saturated fats, cut the vaccine schedule and removed red dye from foods. Ace traced this pyramid back to the tobacco companies, which in the 1980s bought up the food industry and ported their addiction chemistry across from the cigarette industry.

The British Empire never ended. The City of London still runs much of the world from behind the shadows. The Apache shootdown, the SAVE Act vote, the protests in Belfast and the USDT peg break are all battles in a much larger war between the American System and the British System.
The exit Trump is building is the same one Hamilton and McKinley used. Sovereign production. Tariffs as revenue. Credit for invention. A banking system that does not launder the empire's drugs.

All the best.
